1. Order Processing and Manufacturing Time

Our standard manufacturing time for 3D printed products and custom prints is typically 2-5 business days from the time your order is placed and payment is verified. High volume orders or extremely complex prints may require additional time. You will receive an email update with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

We ship all across India using reliable courier partners. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping (4-7 business days): ₹80-₹150 depending on weight and volume.
• Express Shipping (2-4 business days): Calculated based on priority courier rates.

3. Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of 3D printing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom print orders unless the item arrives defective or materially different from the agreed-upon design specifications.

For standard marketplace items, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item if it is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at 3dproductgallery01@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will assess the situation and either issue a replacement or a refund.
